Excellent place with wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff really helped me with a late departure during my first stay. I recommend trying the bar lounge for quick snacks. I'm coming back for a xmas.

The stay here was enjoyable for my 4th visit.

The rooms we had were decent sized and with ample space and a TV of sorts plus modern bathroom.

The bathroom had a blood spot under the toilet, disgusting. The breakfast staff were overwhelmed. Surprisingly, it would've been nice to receive a complimentary gesture after these inconveniences, but of course, no such luck. I almost thought of writing a good review but just couldn't.

We had a room with a sea view.
The hotel needs a major refurbishment and this is reflected in the attitude of some of the staff. The location is on a crossroads and is very noisy with drunken clubbers until around 4am and then the traffic starts about 5am. We had to have the patio doors open and the noise level was high even though we were on the fifth floor. The air conditioning wasn't working (no Aircon until the 1st of June even though the day temperatures had been above 35deg C and the previous day 40deg C).

great amenities but room for improvement
The family room we had was very spacious with a great shower and lovely sea view. Having two balconies was a nice touch, great to soak in the scenery. The buffet had something for everyone.
The limited outdoor pool loungers made it challenging to find a place to relax during peak hours.

The room was very economical considering that breakfast was included. It was a good size and clean. The shower worked well.
I would classify it more as a 2 star hotel (I guess the swimming pool bumps it up to 3 stars). The receptionist was not very friendly, nor was the woman guarding the door at the restaurant. Getting information about hotel facilities was like pulling teeth. I'd recommend that the hotel put information folders in each room with things like the restaurant hours/hotel facilities etc. I thought it was chintzy to have a sauna but then charge 10 euros/half hour to use it. The indoor pool was very small and quite chilly. I didn't like the way the restaurant was run at all. It felt like a high school cafeteria.

Great breakfast and convenient location
Parking problems, though, like everywhere else in Spain.
-
missingWrote a review on 08 Augsmall pool
The small outdoor pool doesn't have enough loungers for peak season. Many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the lukewarm meals, particularly during breakfast when various items ran out well before the advertised end of service. To add to that, limited information about dining options wasn't available until check-out, leaving us to stumble across offerings late in the stay.

The staff were very friendly and the food was a lot better than expected for a three star hotel.
The only problem we had was that my paperwork showed my friends room having twin beds and an extra bed for her 5yr old child. On arrival at the hotel they said this was not included. After going back in the morning to see The Manager and again explain the whole situation, they accepted the price that I booked it for on Booked.net.

The great Irish restaurant across the road. Fantastic customer services and brilliant for a young family. Very friendly.
A bit dated.
